Amsterdam Adventures: 22 Years of Memories and Magic
A Big Guy Big World trip wouldn’t be complete without visiting my favorite city—Amsterdam. This beautiful place has been part of my journey for 22 years. Amsterdam holds a special place in my heart. It’s where the Big Guy Big World adventure began, and every visit feels like coming home.
When we first started, it was just a small dream. Now, the Big Guy Big World family has grown stronger with every trip! Together, we create lasting memories, share laughs, enjoy amazing meals, and experience unforgettable moments. Ru’s Amsterdam Dinner was a reminder of how far we’ve come. Here’s to more adventures with Big Guy Big World.

Discovering Amsterdam’s Magic
Amsterdam is full of charm and history. Its iconic canals, vibrant neighborhoods, and rich culture make it unforgettable. Did you know Amsterdam has more canals than Venice? Its 165 canals stretch over 100 kilometers, earning it a spot as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Biking is another big part of Amsterdam. With more bikes than people, it’s one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world. Exploring the city by bike is a must-do for visitors.
Another highlight is the Anne Frank House. This museum tells a story of resilience and hope. Visiting it is always a moving experience. Every trip to Amsterdam includes time to reflect on its powerful history.

A Delicious Tradition: Taste of China
After exploring, we visited my favorite restaurant in Amsterdam—Taste of China. This spot serves some of the best Chinese food in town. The dumplings and noodles never disappoint.
This meal wasn’t just about the food. It was about connection. Sitting with the Big Guy Big World family, sharing stories and laughter, made it truly special. Food has a way of bringing people together, and this dinner was no exception.
