The Big Guy Big World Sweepstakes (the “Giveaway”)

Official Rules. In order to enter the Giveaway, you (“Entrant”) must agree to these Rules. You agree that submission of an entry and/or participation in the Giveaway constitutes your agreement to these Rules. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Eligibility. This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the contiguous forty-eight (48) states, Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia and the US Virgin Islands (USVI) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their respective parents, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, suppliers and members of their immediate families are not eligible. For purposes of the Giveaway, “immediate family” is defined as spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of whether they reside in the same household. Persons, even though neither employees of Sponsor nor immediate family thereof, who assist in any way in the administration and/or operation of the Giveaway are also not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. All Entrants should possess a valid US Passport in order to ensure ability to participate and travel internationally if selected as Winners at the random prize drawing.

Sponsor. Unless otherwise outlined in the specific Giveaway, the Sponsor of the Giveaway is Big Guy Big World, 52 Riley Road, #305, Celebration, Florida 34747.

Timing. The entry submission period of the Giveaway begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on April 29, 2024, and concludes at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on July 14, 2024, when the drawing will be held. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend or update the entry submission period in any manner at any time.

How to Enter. Entrants must enter their first and last names when entering in the Giveaway. Multiple entries are permitted for the Giveaway, and additional entries can be earned at the following link: [https://woorise.com/bigguybigworld/europe-2024]. However, use of any automated system to participate and/or earn multiple entries by the same person are all prohibited, and will result in disqualification. Only natural persons, not corporate entities of any kind, are permitted to be an Entrant and to enter the Giveaway contest.

Entry Errors. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible if online service or equipment is interrupted, including without limitation: (1) interruptions to any network, server, Internet, Web site, telephone, satellite, computer or other connection(s), (2) failures of any telephone, satellite, hardware, software or other equipment, (3) garbled, misdirected or jumbled transmissions, or traffic congestion, (4) other errors of any kind whether human, technical, mechanical or electronic, (5) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture any such information, or (6) printing or typographical errors. Further, Sponsor shall not be responsible for any inaccurate prize details that may be provided by any third parties not directly connected with the Giveaway.

Sweepstakes Winner Selection. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received and will select twenty five (25) Winners. The odds of winning increase with the number of eligible entries received; however, the possession of more entries does not in and of itself guarantee winning. The Winners will be notified by email on or about July 20, 2024. If an Entrant is selected as a Winner, the Entrant will be presented at with instructions on how to claim the prize. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their personal information for notification is up-to-date and accurate, including but not limited to the Entrant’s first name, last name, telephone and email address, all of which must be provided in order to enter the Giveaway. Prize notices that are returned as undeliverable will result in the disqualification of the potential prize winner, and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor’s decisions as to the random drawing are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will have seven (7) days to claim a prize, via response to the notification consistent with Sponsor instructions provided. If any Winner is discovered to be invalid for any reason prior to delivery of the prize, or if such Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the seven (7)-day time period, then an alternate winner may be selected or the prize award may be canceled, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All Winners must complete any reasonable tax documents and/or forms that may be presented to him/her by Sponsor in order to receive the prize.

Prizes:Winners will receive a trip to multiple European cities including Dublin, Ireland; London, England; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Paris, France; Barcelona, Spain; and Madrid, Spain. The specific details regarding the duration and the start date in August will be determined by the Sponsor, with the trip expected to include air travel from within the United States and any related benefits (the “Trip”). Each Winner may nominate up to one (1) other adult person eighteen (18) years or older who shall be permitted to accompany the Winner on the Trip, free of charge and on the same basis as the Winner.

The number of “group experiences” and “group dinners” will be determined by the Sponsor. Winners and their adult companion on the Trip are expected to participate in the group experiences, barring any objection based on religious, moral, or other conscientious grounds which will be fairly and fully taken into account at the time. Winners will also be expected to attend the group dinners, at no cost to the Winners, at which the Sponsor will make reasonable allowances for any dietary restrictions or preferences expressed by any Winners a reasonable time in advance. There will be a reasonable time for the taking of photos including some or all of the Winners, both before and after the dinners as well as during the group experiences, to which Winners consent as a condition of participating in the Trip. An Addendum and/or reasonable waiver may be presented to Winners for signature before participating in some of the group experiences, which Winners must accept, sign, and date in order to participate in that group experience, as applicable.

Any other details related to the prize are provided at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The total value of the prize to each Winner for this Giveaway is approximately six thousand US dollars ($6,000.00). The prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted for any other form of award or compensation, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for the prize another alternate prize of equal value at any time and for any reason, with or without notice and in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including a change of flight, hotel, and/or dates of the Trip. The Sponsor also reserves the right to delay the trip should a delay be needed.

Acceptance of Official Rules. As a condition of entry, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules, to the Terms and Conditions and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Publicity.  Photographs, videos and other similar media of the Winners during the Trip may be taken by Sponsor in a reasonable manner and at reasonable intervals, with appropriate respect for personal privacy, both during the Trip and during travel to and from the Trip destination. By participating in the Giveaway, any Entrant irrevocably grants the Sponsor and its respective successors, assigns and licensees the right to use such Entrant’s entry or submission and any related copyright rights, name, social media handle, image, likeness and/or biographical information in any and all media for any purpose, in perpetuity, including without limitation for commercial, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in connection with the Sweepstakes or any other related matters, and hereby releases the Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto to the fullest extent allowed by law. (*Please note that those who are invited to participate in the Trip by Winners will also be presented with a Waiver and Release containing language similar to that set forth above, and that such invitees will be expected to execute such a Waiver and Release so that Sponsor may make and use group photos, videos and the like of all those participating in the Trip.)

Privacy. Any data provided by an Entrant to Sponsor, Woorise and/or its related entities in connection with the Giveaway, including personal information and/or any personal data regarding Trip participants, will be used solely in accordance will all applicable state and federal data privacy laws; by participating in the Giveaway, Entrant understands and agrees that the content of email messages sent by Entrants to Sponsor, as well as any Sponsor communications in reply to Entrants, may be used for limited marketing and related purposes, and no Entrant information will be sold to any third party without the Entrant’s prior written consent. The Giveaway and all related matters are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or in any way associated with Twitter, Facebook and/or any other social network. Conditions of Participating. By participating, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms, any Additional Terms and the decisions of Sponsor, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway itself or in the Terms. Any portion of the Giveaway may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in Sponsor’s opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, or for other reasonable good cause. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with or manipulating the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway and/or Sponsor’s website, to be acting in violation of these terms, to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entrants may not enter the Giveaway with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot or other device or artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries per Entrant. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate the Giveaway and, if terminated, Sponsor may in its sole discretion renew the Giveaway and select Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries.

Limitation of Liability. If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the Entrant's sole remedy is to resubmit such entry in the Giveaway during the Giveaway period. Entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Woorise and/or their respective related entities, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively “Releasees”) from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys' fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (i) use, redemption, acceptance, possession, ownership, or misuse of any prize, (ii) participation in any activity, event or excursion offered in connection with the prize, (iii) use of any facility, service and/or accommodation related to the prize, or (iv) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity related to this Giveaway. The Releasees shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Giveaway; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with this Giveaway. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Releasees are not responsible for computer malfunctions, network connections, email delivery problems, systems failure or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in your internet service, nor for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged or stolen notifications.

Further, all Entrants specifically acknowledge and agree that by entering the Giveaway, Entrants agree that Sponsor has not made any representation or warranty as to the condition, efficacy or safety of any particular transportation, hotel, facility, group experiences or any other aspect of the Trip. Entrant understands that his/her involvement in the Trip connotes voluntary acceptance and assumption of any related risk as to the Entrant and/or any adult companion who participates in the Trip and/or any related activities, including but not limited to the risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19) or any related or similar condition arising from an epidemic, pandemic or other occurrence of like nature beyond the control of Sponsor and that may occur despite Sponsor’s ongoing efforts to select and ensure safe premises and/or activities. By participating, Entrants indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Woorise and/or their respective related entities as well as their respective employees, officers, affiliates, agents and other representatives (each, a “Released Party” and collectively “Released Parties”) from any associated claims.

Entrant recognizes that participation in the Trip could involve some strenuous physical activity, including but not limited to utilization of muscle strength, endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and training, and other various fitness activities. Entrant affirms that s/he is in good physical condition and does not suffer from any known disability or condition that would prevent or limit his/her participation in the Trip nor make his/her participation unsafe to himself/herself or others. Entrant releases the Released Parties from any claims, demands and/or causes of action as a result of his/her voluntary participation in the Trip. Entrant fully understands that s/he could injure himself/herself as a result of such participation, and releases the Released Parties from any liability now or in the future for any conditions that may result therefrom, including but not limited to heart attacks, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, injuries to knees, injuries to back, injuries to foot, bruises, cuts, abrasions or any other illness or soreness that Entrant may incur, including death.

Disputes and Jurisdiction. Disputes regarding these terms will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Florida and/or the United States, as applicable, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the 6^th Judicial Circuit, Florida and/or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, as applicable. Decisions of Sponsor are binding and final. No claimant in any dispute involving Sponsor shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

Force Majeure. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any loss experienced by any Entrant if the fulfillment of any terms and obligations hereof are delayed or prevented by riots, war, embargoes, contract or labor disputes or unrest, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, third party acts, national or state emergencies, instances of terrorism, strikes, floods, fires, epidemics, pandemics, hurricanes, natural disasters or other Acts of God, any federal, state or local government law, order, regulation, nor any other similar acts and/or occurrences not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure Event”). Notice providing details of any Force Majeure Event shall be given by Sponsor to all Entrants as promptly as practicable after its occurrence. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend and/or cancel the Giveaway without penalty or further obligation in the event of a Force Majeure Event.
