Hakkasan: Delicious Restaurant in Atlantis

Dubai is an amazing city known for its amazing shopping, exquisite architecture, and lively nightlife. We visited Atlantis, which is not only a luxurious resort but also offers several dining experiences in award-winning celebrity chef restaurants. While at Atlantis, we ate at Hakkasan, which was absolutely delicious. The resort is also are known for being the home to the famous Aquaventure water park, which is full of refreshing pools and super fun water slides. 

Atlantis in Dubai 

Atlantis, also called the Palm, is an amazing resort. The Palm is known for its breathtaking views of the turquoise waters on the Arabian Gulf. There is also an endless amount of activities around the resort including dolphin and sea lion encounters, the aquarium, and, of course, the Aquaventure water park.

The water park is one of their most popular features because its a no brainer that everyone will have a great time. The main attractions in the water park are the Current, which is a lazy river, and the Mayan temple slide. After a long day in the sun, you can grab a delicious bite to eat at one of the celebrity chef restaurants within the resort. A few of the celebrity chef restaurants are Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen and Bar, Ronda Locatelli’s Italian Restaurant, and Hakkasan.

Hakkasan 

In 2001, Hakkasan was established in London. Today, Hakkasan has twelve restaurants around the world including the US, Middle East, India, Asia, and Europe. The restaurant is so amazing that both of the London restaurants have a Michelin star. If you didn’t know, a Michelin star is placed within a Michelin Red Guide, which is the oldest European hotel and restaurant reference guide. It awards up to three stars for excellence. Needless to say, Hakkasan is dedicated to offering its guests an amazing experience.

Menu

The menu consists of authentic Cantonese cuisine, using the best ingredients and traditional techniques to make the signature dishes. The Executive Chef, Andy Toh Chye Siong, wants every customer to have a great experience. While we were there, we had not only good service but excellent service. In addition, the food was delicious. We had Chilean sea-bass, stir-fry, pomegranate, sweet and sour chicken, shrimp fried rice, grilled Chilean sea bass with honey, and lobster with chili and garlic. Needless to say, we went all out! We enjoyed every bite from this restaurant. The quality of the food was five stars.

In conclusion, we loved our experience at Hakkasan in Atlantis. The food, customer service, and wait staff were incredible. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Dubai.
