Vela Breakfast Buffet is Back! Hilton Cancun

The Most Important Meal of the Day…

After our first experience, we had to revisit to see what offerings they had for breakfast. The Vela breakfast spread did not disappoint. Get in early for this one to make sure you get to try all of your favorites. The staff does a fantastic job keeping up on refilling menu items, but breakfast favorites such as waffles, bacon, and cereals go fast. 

The doors opened at 7 a.m., and the buffet was full and busy within a few minutes. 

Our Experience at Vela Breakfast Buffet

We were seated quickly by friendly staff who made sure our coffee cups stayed full for the duration of our meal. Toppings are available for breakfast staples such as waffles, pancakes, and brioche French toast. Fresh fruit, candies, peanut butter, and fruit compotes are all in a sundae-style setting. Fresh fruits and yogurts and more toppings galore. 

The back station was home to a made-to-order omelet bar with all of the traditional ingredients for the chef to craft your perfect breakfast. There is also a secondary alcove with multiple carafes of juices and fixings for a classic bowl of cereal. 

Verdict: If you only get to pick one meal time to visit Vela, we suggest breakfast. The expanse of high quality and delicious options is too good to pass up.
